WALL SYSTEM

- All exterior walls filled with R-15 fiberglass insulation with kraft-backed vapor barrier
- Entire exterior wall area covered by OSB sheathing to eleminate air infiltration
- Each stud strapped at top and bottom for extra strength
- 1/2" minimum thickness on sheetrock or wallboard
ROOF SYSTEM
